Cancellation Policy

I kindly request a 48 hour minimum rescheduling notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will need to be paid before booking any future appointments. 

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments will be charged the 50% amount of the scheduled service(s). 

Late Arrival

We understand that unforeseen delays can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, especially if it affects the schedule of subsequent clients. The 50% service fee will still apply in such cases.
